Mr. Winn is the President and Co-Founder of Future Now Hospitality. His experience and seasoning of 30+ years in the industry lends an uncommon denominator to the team. He began his career as a night auditor, quickly rising thru the ranks of management and purchasing his first hotel at the age of 27. He has held various senior-level positions in hotel administration with prestigious brands such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Intercontinental Hotels, Choice Hotels International and Wyndham Worldwide. In addition to management, Mr. Winn has renovated, designed/built, and repositioned virtually every major brand within the industry. Leveraging his strong accounting background, he is a master at implementing budgeting practices that place tighter controls over properties in order to maximize efficiency.
